Hi! My name is Kimmy and I own an independent fitness business based in BS5 in Bristol. With a small, private gym overlooking nature, you will feel comfortable getting your weekly workouts in without the intimidation of a big gym.

I hold group classes, one-on-one sessions and couples training. For nutrition coaching, it can be done online or in person.

Whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle, get healthier, exercise for mental health or do exercise to keep fit, I can help. I am also qualified in training Pregnant and post natal women.

Kimmy is a great PT. I started 1-on-1 sessions about 6 weeks ago and am already feeling stronger, fitter and more flexible. She really listens to what you want to achieve and pushes you hard (in a nice way) to be the best you can. Kimmy is also a qualified chef, so knows plenty about nutrition as well.

THE GYM
For one-on-one workout sessions you will get the space all to yourself. With a wide range of equipment no session will be the same. There are barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, a spin bike, weight bench, battle rope and much more. No need to wait for equipment as you'll be the only one using the gym.
Kimmy
Every session is different and fun - the fastest hour of exercise! Each week the level of challenge changes and adapts for developing strength and stamina.
