E-mail, text or call to book** If you are pregnant or have recently had a baby it is so good to stay active, both for your physical and mental health. Pre natal exercise helps with an easier labour and easier recovery after birth. In the sessions we focus on keeping your core strong, keeping your cardio up and work on your pelvic floor muscles. We can also talk about nutrition when pregnant, what to eat or not to eat. One-on-one sessions in private gym. Babies welcome - they can sleep (maybe) in the pram in the gym. *36 hour cancellation policy - no refunds giving if cancelled within 36 hours. Can be rearranged in the same 4 day period.
